Not a SD. Pro's-this manifold has been proven better (faster) than the PB4 and = normal performer alum. Manifolds. even though It weighs more. Probably cheaper $$ = too. Con's-it is a EGR manifold, you must put a cover plate over the opening to = stop the e exhaust or block it at the manifold gasket. You may have to do this anyway = depending on your heads (most earlier head don't mach up or seal good to manifolds exhaust crossover openings. And you can't put a sqarebore (holley,or cater style) carb on without an adapter plate. A preformer RPM is still the best manifold for a street pontiac JohnCostello

He said that in 91' him and his buddy called every junkyard looking for 400, 421, 428, 455, and any heads, there really planned this thing out on maps and every thing. Than took off work for about a month to = go on there litter treasure hunt around western NY They said that when they would call up a larger junkyard and ask to buy all 400-455 they had, and = the yard pulled them. They claim to have paided less that $100 (complete = motor) on the bulk buys. I told him I'll buy them all for $150 each. He only sold = half his stuff and wouldn't say how much he made. He did have his new 69' = RA IV Judge in the show though. This is one reason I asked, Becuse a have only seen that 1 455 for $800 = for sale in the local papers. My dad went to see it and got the HEI for 20 = bucks. JohnCostello
