You almost got it, but not quite.

You need a full path to an image, not a folder. An image will usually end in .jpg. And watch where you put the slash, it has to be in the closing tag, not in front of it.

Just thought I would add this here to give step by step directions.

1) Open an account on http://photobucket.com/ . It's free and upload your pics there. After you upload your pic(s) and are done adding any titles if you do, under you pic should be a box that says Share Your Image. Copy the Direct Link one.

2)To post pic, click on Full Reply.
Then on top of the text box there are small boxes (smiley face box). Put your cursor over the 4th box from the left. It will say Enter Image. Click on center-floating image. Delete (backspace) the http in the box and paste your Direct Link. Click OK. (This technique is similar for adding a link that you can click on and view right away. Link box is next to smileyface.)

Repeat if you want to post more than one pic.

Or an easier way would be to copy IMG code under Share This Image on photobucket and just paste it directly into the text box.

You can preview your post to see if it comes out OK before submitting it.
