I just completed the reproduction of the "batwing" shims for the front nose of the 1969 Firebirds. I made them in 16 gauge bare steel just like the originals. I also made some in 11 gauge steel per a request from one of our FGF members. I did both the 11 gauge and 16 gauge version in bare metal and I also e-coated some. If anyone is interested in a set, or single piece, or a couple of sets please let me know.

Terry, do you want 11 gauge or 16 gauge? 11 gauge is the thickness of the originals. And do you want them in bare metal like the originals or e-coated black? If you give me that information I can get them ready to go.

Did you receive the shipment of 1969 alternator brackets? I sent some out to you a week or so ago.

Bill, have you ever thought of building a good-fitting rear T/A spoiler for our 1968 birds?

The one I have now that cost me zillions of bucks....sucks!! It is about .75 inches too high, it is about 1.2 inches too long, it warps after a year in the sun, etc.
