Are there any differences between the quarters on a 1967 Firebird when compared to the ones on a 1967 Camaro other than the "gills" in front of the wheels on the Firebird?
Do the Firebird quarters have more of a flare out or noticeable difference in the body lines?

They are not the same. Strongly suggest you do not use the Camaro ones on a Firebird.
I would bet they are dimensionally the same. Pontiac didn't have the time or budget to redesign most of the sheet metal. Adding the gills was easy. It would be sad though to see you make your bird into a crapmaro.
The reason for my question was that I was looking at a 67 Firebird that one of the previous owners had replaced the quarters with Camaro ones. My thought was since they were still in good shape if they were the same except for the "gills" maybe I could just use a patch panel with the "gills" and leave the rest as is. Since the "gills" are one the main things that draw me to the 67 Firebird I would definitely need to bring that feature back.
It is a moot point now since the car has already been sold.
