First Generation Firebird
Selling the 400 that I just took out of my 68 Firebird. I’m doing an LS7 swap and just don’t want to store it long term. The engine came out of a 72 or 73 Firebird, and my friend had it rebuilt probably 15 years ago. Good running engine that doesn’t smoke or burn oil. Probably makes around 425 Hp.

Here’s what I know about it:

Forged pistons (9.5-9.75 compression)
Edelbrock ram air IV style heads
Crane roller rockers
Comp 280 Magnum cam
Edelbrock Torker II intake
High flow aluminum water pump
CVF full serpentine conversion
Power master alternator
Tuff Stuff power steering pump

What it needs:

The original dipstick broke and needs to be replaced. It has a small oil leak; most likely oil pan. It could probably use a good re-seal and paint job, but this could be dropped in a car tomorrow.

Looking for $2500 picked up. I’m in Santa Barbara, CA

Are the Edelbrock heads the round port RA IV or the RA D port heads for the exhaust side? You can email me more pics if that's easier.
