Hello, I bought a pair of Inner post Molding from Classic industries : Classic industries

However, they seem to lack the "metal inserts' the originals have (see the attached picture).

Are they made so I only need to screw them in place and that's it?

Thanks

Anyone?
I would say yes, just screw them in place.

All the ones Ive seen appeared to be mounted with just screws. However many of the screws looked like they had been over tightened and had distorted the mounting holes. Oops!
You have to remember, back when these cars were made, they didn't have the technology to make rigid plastic parts. Metal inserts/bases were common practice. Re-pops use a rigid plastic base.
Thanks guys, your help is relly appreciated.
