I have never seen where anyone talks about the water shields for the deluxe door panels, they are different from the standard panels.
Has anyone come up with a solution for the plastic pieces that glue onto the water shields to seal the door handle. I am in the process of installing mine and would like some different ideas on how to do this.

I have deluxe 68 and the standard water shieilds I got did not work. I did think about what I could do and thought of putting 3m strip caulk along parimeter edge of door, inside to where the door panel covers it. Cover inside door with heavey plastic securing into caulk strip. Then trim excess the off.

I used tyvex and strip caulk trim to fit, place the words facing to the inside of the door... Well, I had a roll laying there, thought might as well...
