New battery! No power to ANYTHING (lights, horn, etc). 12 volts at battery. Power at starter. Under the voltage regulator there is another square box with 4 prongs, 12 volts going in and 0 going out. What is the name of this box under the voltage regulator? Could this be my problem?
Process of elimination....check both sides of the horn relay, check the fuse junction block. May be a fusable link blew when you installed the new battery. Also check the power point at the fusebox...to start...
Work your way back to the fusebox and ignition.

I have been working on this for an hour or so! I have power from the battery to starter solenoid. POwer out of the solenoid to the relay on the firewall. Power to the alternator and through the fusible links to the voltage regulator. I am stuck from there.
My voltage regulator was acting up on my '67 last spring. I gave it a good rap with a screwdriver handle, and everything was good. I had to do this three or four times over a month, but then the rest of the year and into this year everything has been fine.

What the confusing part is that there is no headlights so it cant be the ignition because lights work without the key. The interior lights dont even work
When my regulator was acting up, all the interior lights would not go off. I had the doors shut, light switch off, etc. I was getting used to taking the positive battery cable off.
Then I hit the regulator, and wa-la! Problem solved. This might not be your case, but my case involved the lights too.
FWIW...

All is well. The connection to the fuse block through the firewall was a bit dirty. A wire brush and some greese and im on the road......as soon as the 8 beers flushes out of my system
