Just got my renewal with Hagerty ( who is great by the way). About a $50 a year increase at my option based on their recommendations. $365 goes to $410 . Sounds like our gen is making progress on the sellers block, currious how other members fell about the hike? my car is worth more dead than alive!
I just renewed last month and have a 20K agreed value and 10000 miles a year with no Hagerty plus or roadside included and price was still the same at $173.00 a year. colorado68 your increase could be because of all the increase in accidents from all the stoned potheads driving around there in Colorado? lol
My Hagerty policy went up $83 to just over $1,000 for 5 cars. Agreed upon value of $167k.
So that's about $200 per year per car. Mileage / distance driven was never questioned.
Covered towing-roadside assistance included for all cars. I agree Colorado68's rate seems high. Must have been those three DUI's you got last year... They ALWAYS seem to find out about those!

All car insurance in OK is high because of the increased chances of very large chunks of ice from the sky every spring.

$46,500 with roadside assistance is the the premium. like I said, worth more dead than alive . Edit/clarification... no tickets, good credit, safe driving record,
Colorado has ice from the sky issues much worse than OK. It does tend to have fewer tornadoes compared to OK again.

I have Hagerty, that went up like the rest. My Dad worked for Chubb and Son Insurance for 35 years, and his T-Bird is insured with them. $200 for 50k I believe. Chubb is real stickler about driving records. I tried to obtain coverage from them, but got denied b/c my car was totaled in a hail storm on my way home.. Seriously.. wtf.. Anyway... Check them as well if you don't like the premiums you are getting.

Lordstown car that was built and then shipped to Canada.
Original options included: Verdoro green, black top, power windows and top, remote mirror, 400 auto with console, standard interior.
Purchased from an ad posted here 4 years ago. A couple added touches are the rally stripe(normally white), subframe connectors, super brace purchased from RARE, posi, 3.36 gears. Radio was converted to AM/FM with inputs. The engine and transmission are not original to the car. Engine is a '70 400 bored 0.30 over, 1968 #16 heads cleaned up and mildly ported, correct coded carb, intake, and distributor. We used an 068 camshaft. The transmission is '68 PX code TH400 from a GTO that I picked up locally here in Texas with a Continental torque convertor.
If anyone saw pictures from 4 years, they might ask why buy a basket case? Because it matched the original configuration of the coupe that I have and I wanted to have a mostly correct coupe and convert. FWIW, the bias ply tires on the convertible will end up on the coupe and then a correct spec Ram Air II engine will be built for it(currently have the heads, intake, and carb but the current engine is set up as 9.5 to 1 compression, Comp Cams cam, etc.)
The coupe:
PS Sorry for the thread hijack.
PPS The rally wheels were another add. And yes, all those pictures are from Ohio. I'm going up there shortly to look it over in person and arrange for shipping and then get it licensed and titled here.
