I cant seem to get my belt to stop squeaking... its a whole new set up with all new parts... it squeals under hard acceleration.. I cant see a way to verify everything is straight other than eye balling it... . I'm sure one of the pulleys are off a little..... any thoughts
Same thing - pulleys out of alignment. I had to shim the alternator on Mitstu 2.2 4-bangers in daily drivers to keep them from throwing the serpentine belt. 2 different cars - same engine.
If your attachment brackets are warped or tweaked... A long straight-edge would be your friend.
