I have noticed that many of the FGF pic's I have seen have a black chin spoiler. My '67 400 vert does not have this spoiler. I don't remember if it had one when it was new. Is this an option or what. Should I have one on my car? SD
400 cars came with an air dam. That is the Pontiac version your's should have.

Someone over on PY is in the process of repopping them in metal.
But no timeline whether that will be next month, or four years from now... But 'some day'.

the Camaro spoiler is cheaper, not "correct", but works well...it helps you steer the car at speeds over 75-80 MPH (by pushing down on front tires)
FWIW, were they available as a dealer installed option?

don't know for sure, but "probably"...as many items were...dealers like to make money , and install extra things.....I recall myself installing Pontiac TA spoilers onto Volvo 740s in the 80s, when I ran my dads Volvo dealership...LOL
