Can someone tell me the best way to clean up the original heater and A/C control assembly without tearing it apart? Mine is completely dirty (it is out of the car) and needs a good cleaning but with all the little parts attached to it I do not want to take a brush and start scrubbing it down. Can anyone suggest a good way of cleaning it without scrubbing on it?
Spray it with a "Industrial Cleaner Degreaser concentrated" cleaning solution. It won't hurt the parts and removes dirt and grease faster than thinner or var-sol.
