I did bring them up evenly keeping track on the turns and where the nuts were up on the bolts to avoid any damage or wrong sitting. I also ensured the retaining straps were in line with where they originally were as well to also ensure proper fitting. Negative on the lubricated bolts; they were pretty clean just some dirt knock off.
I contacted a classic muscle car restoration place here in San Antonio. Great guy and did not hesitate to give me the full info on what type of bolts they are and easy to replace.
