It appears to have something to do with adding primary menus for the FAQ Categories via WP Appearance Menus. The more categories I add to the drop down menu for FAQ menu, the more plugins break FAQ Homepage from loading. This only applies to the FAQ Homepage and not other pages.
The more plugins I disable, I can get the page to load properly until I add more FAQ drop down menus.
For now, I have removed all sub menus for my FAQ menu.
If I increase the settings for Q and A Plus FAQ –> FAQs per category, I again run into the same issue. I have over 500 posts in FAQ.
The plugin was updated today to 1.3.9 which fixed issues.
