Short answer: No — 1967 hinges are a 3-bolt design and 1968-and-later are 4-bolt, so they do not interchange.
Some hinges use a larger bushing than others, though there is no clear documentation tying that to a specific year or model. Some rebuild kits include both bushing sizes so one part number covers nearly all GM cars.
