Bumper and Hood/Fender Gap for 1967

Short answer: The 1967 didn’t use the rubber fillers that 1968s have — many 1967s used a steel trim plate instead. The gap is adjustable: line up the hood and fenders first, then set the gap to the dimensions in the shop manual. The filler/plate keeps headlight light from leaking out the side gap (1968 switched to a rubber filler for the same purpose).
