Upgraded Forum Software to 7.6.2

Fixed the following issues which realized were still using the pre SSH URL so images would not show:

Went live with the site redesign with added features and up to date styling and coding. Still some sections to complete: Contact page, Forum skin, FAQ section, 1969 AMA section, and a couple other sections. Once this upgrade is finished, I will start working on recoding the sections which broke back in 2012.

Completely rewrote the Body Tag Analyzer to convert it to modern code and I updated the logic.
