Rally Gauge Conversion

Short answer: You can’t just change the connector pin-out — at best you’d get water temp and oil pressure working, but nothing for the ammeter, whose circuit is completely different from end to end. To do the 1967–68 conversion properly you need: the under-dash main wiring harness with bulkhead connector, the forward lamp harness that mates to it at the bulkhead, and oil/water sending units specific to gauges of that era.

See the detailed 1967 stock-to-Rally conversion write-up for the full pin-outs and step-by-step.
