SPECIAL STATION WAGON FEATURES (l-14)

Underfloor Storage Compartment. All Pontiac wagons provide additional concealed storage space under the rear floor. (See chart on opposite page.) For 2-seat wagons, a concealed, deep-well storage compartment is provided at rear of load area. A lock for the special storage area compartment is available as a dealer-installed option.

2-seat Station Wagons. The Catalina and Executive 2-seat Station Wagons provide tremendous carrying capacity when the second seat is folded down. (See chart on opposite page.) And it’s possible to carry loads over 10 feet long with the tailgate open. Between wheelhouses, minimum width is over 4 feet. Cargo area is covered with an attractive vinyl-coated covering that affords maximum durability and ease of cleaning.

Spare Tire and Tool Storage. The spare tire and tools are stored neatly out of the way behind a removable vinyl-trimmed panel in the back right side of cargo area. A rear compartment courtesy lamp is standard on all 3-seat wagons.

3-seat Station Wagons. These large family wagons feature folding second and third seats. With the seats folded down, cargo capacity is approximately the same as Catalina and Executive 2-seat Station Wagons, slightly less in the Bonneville 3-seat Station Wagon. (See chart on opposite page.) Power-operated tailgate window is standard in all 3-seat wagons and available in 2-seat wagons at extra cost . . . The Bonneville Station Wagon features nylon-blend carpeting with bright skid strips in the load area.
