Fuel Sending Unit (2-Line) for 1968 400

Short answer: 400 engines and all A/C birds used a two-line sending unit (3/8″ fuel + 1/4″ return). The only off-the-shelf replacement is the single-line (326/350) unit — but the dual-line is reproduced.

Source: Early Birds (Toronto, Ontario) — catalog part #6428846, 1967–69 dual-line sending unit, ~$175 CAD. Phone 1-800-463-0546, early-birds.com. Or have a gas-tank repair shop rebuild yours (one member paid ~$181 to sandblast, flush, and paint the tank plus rebuild the sending unit).
