Surviving Totals
Short answer: There’s no reliable count of surviving Firebirds — the best you can get is state-by-state registered-car data, and there are likely more first-gens sitting unregistered in garages, fields, and backyards than restored ones on the road.
For a 1967 400 convertible, one member guesses fewer than ~200 based on the POCI Registry, clubs, and cars for sale. Survivor counts are only really trackable for the truly rare/documented cars (Shelbys, Hemi ‘Cuda convertibles, 1969 T/A convertibles, 1967–68 Ram Air convertibles).
