Vinyl Dye

Short answer: Vinyl dye works well on seats too (the ads omit them, but it’s fine), and going from faded parchment to white is easy since you’re not covering a dark color.

Skip the spray cans — have an auto paint-supply store mix the dye (by code or matched to a sample) and shoot it with a conventional spray gun. It’s heavily pigmented and covers in two coats. Follow the pre-clean/prep instructions carefully; the result looks like-new.
