That looks like a VIN tag donor for one of those new Camaro shells. I guess it depends on your skill and your free time, but I would be running scared of getting into something that far rotted. I've seen worse return from death's door though. There was a GTO at a recent show that looked like it had been stored in mud half way up. Browsing through his album, which he was rightfully very proud of, the bottom half of the car was completely gone. The completed restoration looked better than off the showroom floor. The owner worked at a Pontiac dealer, so I guess that helped gathering parts.
