96, 7K3 would be great choices. Big intake and exhaust.
1974 4X, 4C would be next as would 1975 5C, 6S. Big intake, small exhaust.
Some of the later 6X heads would work well, they vary in chamber size by codes so you'd have to know exactly what you were getting.
If it's to be a street engine, bolt on the 66s for now if they are in good shape. It'll run on low octane fuel and the 455 will still feel pretty good if you don't overcam it.
Those 96s Banshee had for sale were very good heads.
I can set you up with a set of heads at cost, if you are not picky with numbers I can see if I can find just the right ones for you. My machinist has some in stock and as I just had an engine done I can get a good price. He deals cash up front only.
