Bjorn, your pricing may be a bit dated. A complete rustbucket is not far below your estimate (sometimes more on eBay). Car looks reasonably straight and sound, if undercarriage is clean and no major bodywork needs be done I'd say closer to $8K. Clean steel alone is worth that much. Location doesn't mean much if you sell on the web, only if you sell in your front yard.
If a lot of bodywork has been done or car has issues that don't show in pics, go back down.
Numbers matching is great, but 350 2bbl are not yet in high demand.
As for the windshield, if the glass channel is in fact rotted out that's an issue. If not, just leaky, you might want to scrape that junk out and have the glass reset or replaced. My '68 has the same look, but the glass channels are clean, I think the previous owner installed the glass himself as the seal is not complete.
