there should be a metal washer between each bolt head and rubber bushing on the bottom side.

there are six locations. 3 on each side.

at the rear of the subframe, at the front of the body (firewall), and at the radiator core support.

the bolts go from the bottom to the top, put together in this order: bolt, metal washer, rubber bushing with sleeve, frame, rubber (donut) bushing, body.
