I bought a hanging pot rack from a guy on E-bay. It was the kind you hang from the ceiling and hang your pots and pans from... When I received it, it was bent, scrapped up, and peices were missing. He said that he never said all the peices were included and that I should make a claim with UPS. He refused to replace or accept a return. He used his company and secretary to handle this transaction. Never got to speak to him directly. Never resolved. About a year later, someone from his company called my company looking for a particular material that only I was able to supply. I recognized the name. Revenge was sweet! He'd been way ahead if he just refunded the $75 for the pot rack. He cost himself thousands!!!!! Imagine his surpise when I aked him about the pot rack he sold on E-bay...
