I pulled my original 350 HO motor because I did not want to blow it up racing, I also wanted a little more power. I went with a 400 block and did the Eagle stroker crank. Between the added stroke and punching the block out .030 I have around 460ci. My engine builder actually recommended the 400 with the stroker compared to the 455 because of the smaller journals so I could get away with reving higher. I only have two trips to the track with it and still have a lot of fine tuning with it, but my best run two weeks ago was 12.39 @ 108mph.
