Thanks for all the replys. Ray, it is the lower air baffle. There isn't a part number on it that I can see. If you are interested in it I can send you some pictures so you can see if it is the right one for you. Let me know.
I have been looking for one of these for 2 years. I wasn't sure if one of the fiberglass repros were worth the $$$ so I didn't bother buying one. I finaly just found a correct original panel on e-bay and won the auction.
