Everyone else has for the most part covered the issues I could weigh in on. The headers are always going to be a problem IMO. Since you 'bird started out with a Pontiac motor, the weight difference with the Chevy big block might be enough to compress the front coils further. I'd order front coils for the big block Camaro.
