Nope, what Claus didnt tell you...there are firms in Scandinavia that "import"/broker these US cars, but wont actually buy and ship until they have a customer, so you cannot actually see the car , unless you like the pictures...buy sight unseen ,really...(it might be sold 'locally' also in the mean time).....thats why the "duty" will be added...when I brought my 2 Cutlasses to Sweden in 77, they charged for registration/ duty etc based on weight...I luckily got mine in as part of "moving" my personal belongings, but you had to own it/them 6 mo before you brought it, then own it 1 yr after brought in...to get it in "free"...
