The 350/400/428/455-4 stickers are all aftermarket, they were never fitted on the originals. The PY parts master is currently down, so I can't check the part number on your air cleaner base, however if memory serves me the 350 engines should have the "narrow snout" air cleaner base and a black lid. Chrome lids were only fitted with the 400 option.

I have a lid somewhere with a few dents that I would gladly provide you with. Shipping from this part of the world however, is quite expensive...
