He was a strong influence on my generation growing up in the 70's. I still have a scar on my chin from going over the handle bars during a jump with my banana bike.
I broke my right foot a few times, both collar-bones, fingers, and even fractured a bit off my lower back..
-Used to ride BMX ,-actually got 6'th place in the '89 worlds -freestyle-street..
-Cars are much safer.. LOL
Evel was a huge influence after playing with his 'stunt-toys', I was hooked.
