You are so correct Jim. It IS hard to get our younger generation to work construction jobs. They all want to design video games and the like. Hell, we pay a top carpenter here $32/hr now due to the demand..and an apprentice would get around $18 and scale upwards...not too bad to start and get trained I'd say.
The worst of it is we have to under the program pay these imports equal pay for equal experience, and GAURANTEE two years work. They have more rights than OUR workers..
