My car HEI when I first bought it. Personally I did not like the look at all and was a dead giveaway that is was not correct. Went to the Pertronix II and just recently went back to points. IMO I see no difference between the three. Car runs the same no matter what. I am basing this on my own experience as my car has now had all three setups...
