I follow this fourum everyday (and the list) and I think it's great. The people here are awsome! I just need to start getting more involved! With that said in the future I plan to convert my 3 spd manual to a 4spd. I need to know the specifics of what I should be looking for (trans wise). This is not a high horse power car (326 2bl) so the high dollar stuff at this point is not needed. This summer I sold my chevelle and picked up a 67 convt firebird that was half put back together, I couldnt pass up the price and the wife loved the car. I know alot about Chevelle's but I'm still in the learning curve on the firebird. I know a lot is the same when it comes to GM but I also know there are some major differences. If someone could give me some idea's that would be great. One more question, can anyone give me a good reason (other than time and money) to keep the 3 spd? Thanks a lot, Nick
