I've had a run of it lately as well and it's really getting the cars way behind.
Found some hidden termite damage under the house, the pool pump went kaput, liner needs replaced, garage gutters pulled loose and broke from our last monsoon, lost a lot of shrubbery due to last summer drought that we're having to replace, add in the normal spring maintainence and it's a bit hectic and expensive time right now.

But put it in perspective to all the families that are loosing entire homes due to all the tornados lately, our problems are a minor annoyance.
