Joe, They work a ton of overtime and then run out of work because MANAGEMENT asks them to do it that way. Maybe you should attack management at Delphi instead of the workers for this....
The SCABS: Scab labor deserves a black eye anytime they are in reach. Just like illegal aliens, they could do it the right way like so many do. Instead, they choose to cheat the ones that get the jobs with their credentials and pay their dues.
