We got a Black Lab in 84, very nice...he was a year old when we got him
I went to a jobsite in Austin...contractor had 3 dogs on the job...wanted to get rid of one....I wanted a dog ,but wife didnt...
so I said "no thank you"...
but as he called the Black Lab later..."Rolex"...
I said , "thats his name"?

"yes it is"

"hmm ,that might work!?!"

I called the wife who had always wanted a Rolex...:
"Do you still want a Rolex"?

she said "YES"

I say:"Ok , I`ll bring him home at 5"...hung up...LOL

but that dog NEVER stopped digging, he dug a new hole to sleep in every day,I could never stop him from doing it...
..the yard looked like France during WWII...
and he dug up and ate the tulp bulbs my wife planted...
he was a nice dog thogh ,very good with the kids...
