And how do you like it when they say, "Before I leave you feedback, I want address the shipping charges". That's extortion.
That is extortion and I would report it to eBay. I would also point out that they are trying to change the agreement of the contract that they bid on. Personally I think $1 or $2 extra is fair considering you have to package it and drop it off somewhere (or pay them to package it and pick it up). I'd consider it a handling fee. At least it's not a 2lb 1cu package going 2 states away for $30.
