Bjorn! You are right, it was Gerrit Dijkstra from the Netherlands! We conversed a great deal last year, and I felt so bad about how much it cost him to send and receive packages and mail. Europe is terrible in that aspect. I tried to figure a way for him to use my military APO address to save money but it was not possible from where he is. So you all know how good we have it here in the US: Sending Gerrit a 5-pound package costs about 40 dollars, where-as you sending ME the same package to my military address in Europe costs only 10 dollars. Go figure.
