no, if you have deluxe dash = burlwood...the out lines of gauges etc has a silver/chrome line out line...

I think the black painted dash= non de luxe , prob has the same....but no area in there is body color or interior color (from factory)
its burlwood with chrome outlines , or black with chrome outlines
