Folks, I decided to sneak over there for lunch, so here is a first-hand report on what happened: As it turns out it was neither a Bigfoot or a hoax, but rather a tragic mistake. It turns out that the remains that they had recovered, while mistaken for a Bigfoot, were actually the remains of famed TV star Bea Arthur, whose family had reported missing since last month. If you look at the attached photos, you can understand the confusion:
