Lookt at the build on my 455, and am thinking about using the XE274 from Comp Cams per a recommendation. Can anyone tell me how much chop, if any there is in the idle? I noticed on Comp Cams website they recommend a 2200 stall converter and headers.

The second question is will a set of RA cast headers or the long branch headers be sufficient. Personally I'm not a fan of regular headers as they always seem to be more of a P.I.T.A. then they're worth.
