Interiors and trim have minor differences. Engines, other than the 400 are different. And of course, the rear arrowhead marker lights are only '68.
My photobucket has pictures of both years. I have owned a number of '68's, but my last purchase was a '67 and I think I like it better after all the work and research.
Do you have pics or info on what you are considering to buy? Rust is common along the bottoms of everything, under the front and rear windows, shock towers, floors, trunk, frame and rockers.
If the car you are looking at has been in the upper midwest for a long time, you should really look it over well. Many of those cars are pretty far gone.
