Sheri Member Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 647 ND USA	Pretty much what I thought too. Flashing headlights meant either you didn't have your headlights on or a cop is ahead. Another thing I heard is when a semi is passing and clear to get over in your lane, flash your headlights so he knows.
