1) you have to trade it in...2) theres a list of cars ,how they "qualify"... 3) but I bet if you are ready to buy a new car and can find someone who has one of those 'klunkers' on the list..from a guy selling , not trading...you might be able to pay $3500 for it ,then trade it in for $4500, making a $1000 ?
personally I dont own a "Klunker", I do own a gas guzzler (69 Firebird) , but its no Klunker
but you know that this program was thought up by the govt , so you KNOW theres something wrong with it...whatever the results are , its not going to be good...LOL
the people who brought you the succesful program social security and the post office, now wants to take care of your health insurance...lord save us...
