After cleaning interior, I am sure I have parchment. By the way, I tried several cleaners...409, soft scrub and fantastic...not much luck. I saw a post yesterday about Mr. Clean Magic Eraser...WOW! It really works...don't know how...don't really care!!!...it works great!
