Sounds like you can get quite a bit for $3000 LOL. Did you keep the mineral rights? I could do some off shore oil drilling. Woops, that's right, Bush II won't let anyone drill in his water, just Alaska and anywhere else beautiful and unspoiled.
I sold my 67 400 car to a friend in GR. It is a great original car and it went too cheap but I still made a little money($500). I enjoyed my time with it.
The 65 tri-power is my friends car. I help him as much as I can. He owns a great Mexican restaurant, say no more!
