I just installed a new gas tank along with a new fuel sending unit. Now i have never ran the car with the old gas tank on it (FYI). so i hit the throttle and i have no gas spraying into my carb. i disconect the fule line from fuel pump and attach a 5ft fule line and run it into a 3 gallon gas tank. she starts right up...
now i am just confused here. could it be that the fuel sending unit is stuck up at the top of the gas tank and isnt making contact with the fule yet?
im only 15 but doing all the work on my bird, cant wait to get her on the road!
